Additionally, the position requires tracking and completing Title 31 and Suspicious Activity reports, ensuring guests have a favorable gaming experience, and maintaining strict confidentiality of financial and company information. The Cage Cashier II must have complete knowledge of casino events and promotions, keep their work area clean, and adhere to regulatory and company policies ethically. They will handle routine customer complaints and incidents, identifying situations that require supervisory attention and resolving issues to maintain positive guest relationships. The role also includes assisting in maintaining the casino's cleanliness and performing other assigned duties. The position requires a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential shift changes.
