About The Position
Redeem chips for customers. Promptly cash customers out, give correct change, and answer customer questions in a courteous and professional manner. Accurately count and record assigned funds and make exchanges of funds throughout the shift. Keep cash drawer balanced. Make exchanges with main bank. Verify and document personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions. Complete CTRs, MTLs, and all other required documentation. Track and issue player cards for new and existing accounts. Redeem points from customers’ accounts for cash, prizes, or comps. Assist with special events and giveaways. Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
Requirements
- Basic mathematical skills are required.
- Appropriate use of office equipment, including personal computers, 10 key calculators, jet sorters, photocopiers, fax machines, telephones with voice mail system, and currency counters.
- Familiarity with credit/debit card advance system and check guarantee system.
- Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Read, write, and understand somewhat complex instructions and appropriately complete all necessary documentation.
