About The Position
This position is for Cafeteria Worker Substitutes for the 2025-2026 school year, serving on a daily and on-call basis. The role reports to the Cafeteria Manager and offers a compensation of $18.50 per hour. The Marlborough Public Schools is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to non-discrimination.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent preferred but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred
- Basic knowledge of math
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Prepares meals for delivery in the community and lunches for students if necessary in school
- Wash pots/pans, etc.
- If needed stock milk and other supplies
- Wash down tables
- Assist in wiping down cafeteria area
- Assist in sweeping floor
- Assist with other duties as necessary
