Cafeteria Assistant (Full Time, Academic Year)
About The Position
The Cafeteria Assistant coordinates the preparation and positioning of the cafeteria salad bar and dessert display in accordance with university guidelines. The role prepares, stores, and serves salad bar food, maintains stock during service, positions and plates desserts, and assists with baking and storing pastries. Other duties may be assigned. The position requires foodservice or related experience and the ability to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Qualified candidates must live or relocate to within daily commuting distance of the Providence Campus upon hire. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the posting closes.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, store, and serve food for the salad bar, including maintaining stock during service.
- Position, plate, and store desserts for the dessert display.
- Assist in baking and storing various pastries for the dessert display.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
