About The Position
As a Cafe Supervisor, you'll keep our cafe running smoothly while making sure customers and staff are happy. You'll lead the team, manage daily operations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a cafe or restaurant setting
- Experience in a supervisory or team lead role
- Great communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cafe staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe.
- Assist in training new staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
