The Café Congregate position is intended to be a cross trained position whose main focus is food prep and plating for Monday, Wednesday & Thursday Discount Dining dinner service. Duties & Responsibilities Preparation of food items for dinner service. Upkeep of hot meal items as well as the stocking and organization of all other areas of Café. Upkeep of maintenance, cleanliness and organization of retail equipment, supplies and stations. To provide unmatched and enthusiastic customer service to all guests. Assist other team members as needed during peak hours. Maintain a positive, can-do attitude. Motivate and encourage other team members. Continuously communicate with managers and team members to improve daily flow. All other tasks as delegated by management.
