About The Position

The Café Congregate position is intended to be a cross trained position whose main focus is food prep and plating for Monday, Wednesday & Thursday Discount Dining dinner service.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to motivate and encourage other team members.
• Strong communication skills with managers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of food items for dinner service.
• Upkeep of hot meal items as well as the stocking and organization of all other areas of Café.
• Upkeep of maintenance, cleanliness and organization of retail equipment, supplies and stations.
• To provide unmatched and enthusiastic customer service to all guests.
• Assist other team members as needed during peak hours.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
• Motivate and encourage other team members.
• Continuously communicate with managers and team members to improve daily flow.
• All other tasks as delegated by management.
