About The Position

The CAC Analyst II position involves handling inbound customer calls with supervision, identifying sales opportunities, and answering customer questions within established standards. The role requires consulting with clients to understand their needs and offering value through holistic financial planning. Analysts will demonstrate how investment solutions meet individual client needs, utilizing a broad range of investment options to construct investment strategies. Technology will be leveraged for client interaction, communication, portfolio strategy, and display. A key responsibility is ensuring all business transactions and practices comply with regulations and the Truist Code of Conduct.

Requirements

  • College degree (finance preferred) at an accredited college or university
  • 2-3 Years of experience
  • Superior written and oral communication abilities
  • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented
  • Ability to self-manage, adapt to a fast-paced environment, collaborate well with teams
  • Must be in good standing

Nice To Haves

  • Must obtain securities registrations and insurance licenses within 160 days to continue with the program.
  • New hires must fulfill all Securities registrations and insurance licenses (SIE, Series 7, 65, 63, life/health/variable insurance) within 6 months of hire date; otherwise they may be subject to termination. SIE, Series 7, 65, 63, life/health/variable insurance.
  • Sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Participate in multiple role rotations within Wealth and the CAC
  • Provide investment advice in a virtual environment
  • Consult with clients to uncover needs and provide opportunities to add value
  • Demonstrates how particular investment solutions match client’s individual needs, using a wide range of investment solutions to help build an investment portfolio
  • Responsible for ensuring that all business transactions and practices in the individual’s span of control comply with all regulations and the Truist Code of Conduct
  • Must pass periodic evaluations/reviews in order to continue in the program
