Your schedule 1st shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. A day in this role From print to product—you’ll translate schematics into precision-built cable kits and wire harnesses for our rail systems. You’ll bring drawings to life, validate quality, and ensure every unit meets exacting standards for performance and safety.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Hands-on assembly experience with the ability to read and interpret wire diagrams.
  • Experience building wire harnesses and cable kits.
  • Comfort operating power tools and equipment safely.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Effective communication in English (read, speak, write).
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to learn quickly and execute with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, specifications, work orders, bills of materials, and reports to determine materials and assembly steps.
  • Assemble parts and subassemblies; position, align, and fasten components using hand and power tools.
  • Measure components and verify tolerances with precision instruments (e.g., calipers).
  • Align, fit, and assemble parts using fixtures, templates, or microscopes as needed.
  • Inspect surfaces for defects and verify part dimensions/clearances to confirm conformance to specifications.
  • Keep work areas organized and maintain tool inventory.
  • Inspect and adjust completed units to meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
