This position involves participating in test or project events, following engineering guidance, and performing moderately complex assembly and test functions in a manufacturing environment. The role requires performing and inspecting wire terminations and wire harness assembly, producing assemblies that conform to customer specifications, and assembling/soldering per industry standards. The technician will also perform electrical checkouts, document compliance with tasks, and maintain inventory of property. Training and assisting other technicians is also a key part of the role. Additionally, the technician will build/assemble electrical components, modify equipment, maintain high ethical standards, observe safety rules, and maintain a clean work area. The role may require working unsupervised at times and performing other assigned duties.
