About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Cabinetry Sales & Design Consultant to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves generating new B2B business, designing custom cabinetry solutions, and managing client relationships throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the Philadelphia architecture and interior design industry and a proven ability to build a sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience specifically within the Philadelphia architecture and interior design industry.
• Established network of architects, interior designers, builders, and related industry professionals.
• Proven ability to build and grow a B2B sales pipeline.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior design, kitchen design, cabinetry, or building materials sales.
• Experience managing professional client relationships and the complete sales cycle.
• Proficiency with SketchUp (Required).
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle for local client/site visits.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

• Cabinetry design and detailing experience.
• Experience with estimating, pricing, contracts, and project coordination.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Mac environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B business through networking and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct discovery calls, showroom consultations, and client site visits.
• Design, detail, and price custom cabinetry solutions.
• Coordinate installation quotes with the Project Management team.
• Prepare contracts and manage project payments.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Support showroom operations, marketing initiatives, and industry events.
