About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our production team. This full-time position involves working with woodworking tools and machinery to create cabinetry and other wood products. The ideal candidate will have experience with laminates, manufacturing, assembly, and possess strong attention to detail and accuracy. You will be responsible for taking accurate measurements, reading shop drawings, and working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years minimum experience required
• Physically able to lift materials (50lbs or more)
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
• Visual acuity to inspect products and machinery
• Use hands to handle or feel
• Reach with hands and arms
• Climb or balance
• Talk or listen
• Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual (Spanish – English) a PLUS but not required

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of woodworking tools & machinery
• Working knowledge of cabinetry & other various wood structures/products
• Experience working with laminates
• Experience in manufacturing and assembly
• Must be able to take accurate measurements (English System – In)
• Must be able to read and interpret shop drawings
• Highly oriented to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Flexible approach to working time to meet deadlines/peak workloads
• Must be a team player
• Other duties, as assigned.
