It requires pride in execution, respect for process, and a commitment to delivering work that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent hands-on fabrication experience
  • Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, or custom fabrication (1+ year preferred)
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production work orders
  • Comfortable working with precise measurements, math, and detail-driven fabrication
  • Strong attention to detail with pride in craftsmanship and finished quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within a team-based shop environment
  • Commitment to safety, consistency, and high production standards

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in exhibit fabrication, experiential production, or large-scale custom builds
  • Familiarity with trade show environments, live event production, or branded installations
  • Background working in collaborative shop environments supporting design-to-build workflows

Responsibilities

  • Lead the build of custom experiential environments including architectural wall systems, cabinetry, counters, and structural booth components for high-profile global events
  • Translate blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication details into precise, production-ready builds
  • Fabricate templates, jigs, and fixtures to improve build accuracy, repeatability, and shop efficiency
  • Construct high-quality shipping crates to ensure safe transport of experiential assets worldwide
  • Execute premium finishing work including veneers, laminates, solid surfaces, and detailed trim applications
  • Cut, shape, assemble, sand, and finish components with a high level of craftsmanship and dimensional accuracy
  • Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently within a fast-paced production environment
  • Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure build intent is fully realized
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and follow established fabrication and quality processes
  • Uphold a clean, organized, and safety-first workshop environment that reflects professional production standards
