We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Cabinet Maker to craft, assemble, and repair custom exhibit booth components while maintaining brand standards. This role is integral to producing high-quality, experiential marketing environments for clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in woodworking, laminating, and furniture fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6 months to 1 year of related woodworking or cabinetry experience preferred.
  • Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform precise measurements.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, technical documents, and work orders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Construct custom exhibits, including wall panels, cabinets, and counters.
  • Design and create templates, jigs, and fixtures for furniture and product production.
  • Build and fit shipping crates; prepare and apply veneers, laminates, and solid surfaces.
  • Trim, sand, and assemble components accurately according to specifications.
  • Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
  • Maintain detailed production documentation and adhere to established processes.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
