About The Position

Pegasus Aviation Services is seeking a Cabin Appearance Agent (CAA) in Anchorage, Alaska. The role supports aircraft cabin cleaning operations, working as part of a team to provide high-quality service to customer airlines and monitor airline on-time performance goals. This support-services position follows established procedures and generally works under close supervisory direction or guidance from Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, or Ramp Managers. The position requires working nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Be a U.S. citizen or provide proof of the right to work in the U.S.
Successfully complete a background investigation, including FBI fingerprints and criminal history checks, and a pre-employment drug test.
Meet any clearance requirements established by the government contract.
Fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
Have good communication skills, including the ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; and speak effectively one-on-one and before groups.
Perform basic arithmetic using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Apply common sense to follow written, oral, or diagram-based instructions and handle problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Work under stressful conditions and tight time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
Have a friendly and outgoing personality and be a self-motivated team player.
Work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
