About The Position

Pegasus Aviation Services is seeking a Cabin Appearance Agent to work at the Anchorage, Alaska airport. Cabin Appearance Agents work in teams to perform aircraft cabin cleaning and support cabin cleaning operations, meeting customer airlines’ service and quality expectations and monitoring on-time performance goals. This support-services role follows established procedures and generally works under close supervisory direction or guidance from Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, or Ramp Managers. The position is on-site and requires work at night, on weekends and holidays, and on varying schedules.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be a U.S. citizen or provide proof of the right to work in the U.S.
Must successfully complete a background investigation, including FBI fingerprints, criminal history screening, and a pre-employment drug test.
Must meet any clearance requirements established by the government contract.
Fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
Have good communication skills, including the ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; and speak effectively one-on-one and before groups of customers or employees.
Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Apply common-sense understanding to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and solve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Work under stressful conditions and tight time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
Have a friendly and outgoing personality and be a self-motivated team player.
Work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

Service aircraft as needed, including cabin cleaning.
Perform work safely and efficiently.
Maintain safety and security on board aircraft at all times.
Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Work with a team to meet customer airlines’ service and quality standards and monitor on-time performance goals.
