About The Position

The C-Store Cashier is the face of the store, providing exceptional customer service and helping guests have a positive shopping experience. The role involves greeting customers, assisting with retail sales, and accurately processing point-of-sale transactions. The successful candidate is friendly, dependable, customer-focused, communicates effectively, works well under pressure, and contributes positively to the team.

The cashier is responsible for maintaining the store’s appearance, including stocking and cleaning, and keeping the gas pumps and exterior clean and managed. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis. Work cards required by the jurisdiction must be provided before the start date. The role has no supervisory responsibilities.

• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and to stand, stoop, lift, wipe, reach, and type without assistance.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
