About The Position

The Cashier is the face of the store, providing customer service and helping guests have a positive shopping experience. The role involves greeting customers, handling point-of-sale transactions, and supporting store operations. Candidates should be friendly, dependable, customer-focused, effective communicators, and able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis, are required. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret documents in English, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to read and communicate verbally in English.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet all customers.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping it clean, neat, and organized.
• Process accurate point-of-sale customer transactions.
• Stock and clean the store.
• Maintain the cleanliness and management of the gas pumps and the exterior appearance of the store.
