About The Position

ProSidian seeks a C&SCM Program Management SME (Federal Acquisition / Contracts & Supply Chain Management) | Program Governance & Project Management (PMO) [SRNS0009009] for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual in The Aiken, SC Area. This role is contract contingent, generally located across the Aiken, SC and South Eastern USA Region, supporting a NNSA contractor managing nuclear site operations with complex regulatory and procurement requirements. The position is aligned with the GSA Labor Category: Program Manager. We seek candidates with relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for clients such as SRNS. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Program Governance & Project Management (PMO) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional role, providing comprehensive procedural support for Savannah River Nuclear Solution’s (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM). ProSidian reserves the right to convert this to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The role provides services and support as a C&SCM Program Management SME in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Industry Sector, focusing on CM | Compliance Solutions for clients such as Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS | C&SCM), generally located in Aiken, SC and across the South Eastern USA Region. The C&SCM Program Management SME leads program governance, oversees C&SCM procedural transformation, manages schedule, risk, stakeholder alignment, and ensures delivery of all contractual requirements. This role leads integrated governance, scheduling, risk control, and stakeholder alignment for compliant C&SCM procedural delivery within a Management and Operations Consulting Engagement for Nuclear And Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Procedural Support. The goal is to deliver compliant, streamlined Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) procedures, governance, and execution, optimizing nuclear, environmental, and energy infrastructure supply chain performance. The core functional area includes Nuclear And Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Procedural Support and Program Governance & Project Management (PMO). The purpose is to establish control, cadence, and delivery structure from day one, forming the foundation for deliverables such as the Project Schedule, which outlines known tasks and baseline deliverables for SRNS Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Comprehensive Procedural Support. Core functions include Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) deliverable governance & milestone tracking, risk/issue management, stakeholder communication plan, SRNS-directed prioritization, Program & Project Management, communication planning, and change control for Nuclear And Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Procedural Support. This involves establishing a communication plan, conducting an in-depth review of prime contracts and governing documents, developing and customizing procurement and supply chain procedures, creating and updating supporting documents, developing acquisition life cycle flow charts, and implementing support through training sessions. Mechanisms for continuous improvement will be established by collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness, while maintaining procedural, form, and terms and condition compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, supply chain, public administration, or related field
  • 10+ years managing federal, DOE/NNSA, defense, civilian agency, or regulated infrastructure consulting programs
  • Demonstrated PMO experience for acquisition, contracts, procurement, supply chain, or business transformation engagements
  • Experience coordinating SRNS stakeholder meetings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio

  • Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures
  • Visually appealing flow chart demonstrating the acquisition life cycle
  • Implement support through both virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness
