The company is seeking a strategic Buyer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys negotiating, solving supply chain challenges, and building supplier relationships. The core responsibilities of this role will be ensuring manufacturing operations have the materials, components, and services needed to build world-class firearms. The Buyer will be a key role in helping build out the strategic side of procurement. The ideal candidate will have experience developing strategy around category management. Any experience managing RFPs, bidding, and identifying cost savings is highly preferred.

Requirements

3 years of experience working as a buyer, category manager, or in procurement
Experience purchasing manufactured components, metals, tooling, or industrial products
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

Experience in firearms, aerospace, automotive, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries
Strong organizational and communication skills
APICS/ASCM ISM, or other procurement certifications are a plus
