Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing purchasing/materials environment
Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role for 3–5 years
4-year degree or equivalent; Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain preferred
Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 systems preferred
High proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to wear full PPE in a cleanroom environment
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 15 pounds
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods

Nice To Haves

APICS / ASCM Designation is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Identify potential suppliers meeting quality, price, and delivery requirements
Secure best value and ensure compliance with company policies
Place and track material orders using ERP/MRP systems and Excel
Monitor and adjust inventory levels to avoid overstock or shortages
Monitor supplier quality and provide recommendations for improvement
Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality Control to resolve discrepancies
Keep an accurate history of purchases, invoices, contracts, and vendor data
Comply with safety rules and the G&F quality management system
