About The Position

The Buyer position is responsible for purchase order creation, working with vendors to expedite orders, and inventory oversight. This role involves tracking inventory, performing cycle counts, and reporting on open orders and delivery dates to help manage the production schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, along with good communication, adaptability, analytical, and flexible skills. This position will work alongside another buyer and report to the supply chain manager.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of buying experience or similar
  • Bachelors degree, ideally in supply chain (open to years of experience in lieu of degree)
