How you will make contributions that matter... Investigates, reviews, and assigns work orders and preventative maintenance to maintenance and production personnel. Coordinates preventive maintenance and maintenance project downtime with appropriate production departments and staff. Create supply purchase orders, order supplies, receive supplies Maintain SAP/Ariba data. Updates maintenance technician records, work orders and equipment additions in SAP. Establishes approved supply sources which meet required specifications through research. Accurately reviews, approves, and converts electronic requisitions into purchase orders in a timely manner. Oversees instruction, implementation, and enforcement of policies as they relate to employees. Prepares purchase orders, bid requests, and required records on purchases, prices, and deliveries in SAP/Ariba Computes, tracks, and monitors total purchasing costs and cost savings. Approves supplier invoices and works with accounts payable to resolve discrepancies. Assist with inventory control through cycle counting, physical inventory, and maintaining system inventory records to ensure accurate and sufficient on-hand material quantities.

Requirements

• One year certificate form college or technical school; or three years of related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, CAD drawings
• SAP experience a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft programs

Responsibilities
