Position Responsibilities: Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and services to support operational and maintenance needs Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency Work closely with other departments within the company and external suppliers to manage inventory and meet production timeline Use enterprise systems to support vendor performance tracking and procurement documentation Create and issue purchase orders based on Maintenance requests, production schedules and inventory levels using SAP to ensure material availability Evaluate and manage vendor relationships by assessing performance, pricing, delivery timelines and service quality across suppliers Other duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience Preferred Education and Experience: Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
