Now they are looking for the final piece: an experienced Butler / House Manager who brings a hospitality-driven touch to every detail and can help take the home to a new level of service. Requirements

5+ years of experience as a butler or house manager in a private estate, or a strong background in luxury hospitality or high-end food and beverage service.
Patient, warm, and calm, with a team-oriented approach and respect for long-tenured staff.
Energetic, with the stamina to be on your feet and active throughout a large estate.
Polished, discreet, and intuitive, with a talent for anticipating needs before they arise.
A flexible schedule is essential.
Excellent references from prior principals or employers.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, keeping the estate and its amenities maintained to the highest standards.
Provide attentive yet discreet, "invisible" service to the family and their guests.
Deliver formal and informal food and beverage service, including table settings and entertaining.
Work closely and collaboratively with the existing housekeeper, property manager, chef, and supporting staff.
Coordinate outside vendors for property services and seasonal deep cleaning.
Help elevate the overall level of service in the home with fresh ideas and polished hospitality.
Support the family's evolving needs with flexibility and a positive attitude.
Report to the family office.
