About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Busser to support restaurant service and help provide guests with an unforgettable dining experience. The role supports servers, maintains service stations, and helps keep tables and the dining area ready for guests. Team members are expected to put guests first while managing competing demands. Beginning- and closing-shift duties may also be assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to transport objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support servers by maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes, and other items as directed at each table.
• Clean and set up tables efficiently.
• Transport trays from the dining room to the dishwashing area.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
• Assist in maintaining each service station.
• Put guests first while managing competing demands.
