About The Position
Bussers help keep the restaurant running smoothly by clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers with food and drink delivery, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space. The position offers AM/PM and mid-day shifts, with part-time schedules through 40 hours available per person. Responsibilities
- Promptly clear and reset tables to keep the dining room clean.
- Assist servers with water and tea refills and clearing tableware.
- Monitor and clean floors, the bar, and restrooms as needed.
- Stock clean dishes from the dish station.
- Clean spills quickly and discreetly.
- Help deliver food, especially during busy periods.
- Thank guests and ask about their experience.
- Respond sincerely to guest requests and communicate with the team.
- Remain flexible and support smooth restaurant operations.
