About The Position

The Don CeSar is seeking a Busser to support its dining service team and help create memorable guest experiences. This role assists with maintaining clean, organized dining areas and provides support to servers and guests in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Busser helps keep dining operations flowing smoothly by preparing and clearing tables, replenishing dining essentials, delivering dishes, and responding to guest requests. The role offers an opportunity to develop within a hospitality organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Clear tables promptly and efficiently to provide guests with a comfortable, tidy environment.
• Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other dining essentials as needed.
• Communicate with the service team to support smooth operations.
• Help carry food trays and deliver dishes to the appropriate tables.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide customer service.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive dining experience.
