About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Busser to support servers and help provide guests with an enjoyable dining experience. The role involves keeping tables supplied with ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes, and other directed items; cleaning and resetting tables; transporting trays to the dishwashing area; and completing service station and shift duties. The position pays a fixed rate of $12.00 and is also eligible to receive tips. Additional details about tips are provided during onboarding or upon request.

Requirements

• Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Be able to transport objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support servers by maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes, and other directed items at each table.
• Clean and reset tables efficiently.
• Transport trays from the dining room to the dishwashing area.
• Complete beginning-of-shift or closing-shift duties.
• Help maintain each service station.
• Manage competing demands while putting the guest first.
