About The Position

The Busser is responsible for developing and maintaining a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members. This role ensures the department adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers with food and beverage service, maintaining professionalism, keeping work areas clean and organized, daily maintenance of bar equipment, pre-bussing tables, taking dirty dishes to the dish station, and maintaining inventory par levels. The Busser must also have knowledge of all promotions and events. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Must maintain the highest standard of professionalism when interacting with guests and co-workers.
Must keep work areas clean and organized.
Must perform daily maintenance of all bar equipment.
Must be responsible for pre-bussing tables and taking dirty dishes to the dish station.
Must maintain par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
Must have knowledge of all promotions and events.
