Player's Buffet - Busser
About The Position
Player's Buffet is seeking a Busser to join their team. The role involves developing and maintaining a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service. The Busser will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, maintaining professionalism, and keeping work areas clean and organized. This position also involves daily maintenance of bar equipment, pre-bussing tables, taking dirty dishes to the dish station, and maintaining inventory levels through ordering and restocking. Knowledge of all promotions and events is also required, along with performing other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Clearing tables and resetting tables.
- Using the guests name when possible.
- Assisting servers in delivering food to tables and water and bread service.
- Maintaining the highest standard of professionalism when interacting with guests and co-workers.
- Keeping work areas clean and organized.
- Daily maintenance of all bar equipment.
- Pre-bussing tables and taking dirty dished to the dish station.
- Maintaining par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
- Knowledge of all promotions and events.
- All other duties as assigned.
