About The Position

The Busser is responsible for providing excellent guest service, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting Food Servers to ensure guests have a pleasurable dining experience. This role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides excellent guest service at all times.
Clears all tables, resetting them for new seating, ensuring tables are set in accordance with venue standards.
Assists Food Servers in serving guests throughout their meal, observing for any requests for service.
Clears all dishes from the table after guests are through eating, continually providing them with a clean, neat eating area.
Maintains cleanliness of all side stations, responsible for stocking dishes, silverware, paper supplies and any other required items.
Answers any guest questions and refers them, if necessary, to appropriate management personnel.
Monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds accordingly.
Maintains professional grooming and appearance.
Keeps sight lines neat and organized.
Sweeps or mops as necessary.
Serve ice water as necessary.
Assists Food Servers in restocking any items required during service.
Removes trash from and maintains cleanliness of all service related areas as applicable.
Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner, abiding by all health and safety regulations.
Helps maintain par levels.
Keeps traffic areas free from clutter and debris.
Completes daily opening and closing sidework as assigned.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
