About The Position

The Busser supports restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness in the dining room, assisting guests and servers, and ensuring an efficient and welcoming dining experience. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of service in a full-service restaurant environment. This is a non-exempt position that works closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds
Bend, reach, stoop, and move frequently
Perform repetitive motions, including clearing tables and handling service items
Work in a fast-paced, high-traffic restaurant environment

Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain dining room flow
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including tables, floors, and service areas
Assist in maintaining buffet and salad bar areas, including cleanliness and organization
Refill beverages such as water and assist guests as needed
Stock service stations with utensils, napkins, condiments, and supplies
Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in all guest-facing areas
Assist servers and team members to ensure efficient service
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Work collaboratively with team members to support a positive guest experience
Adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs
