About The Position

Provide the highest level of quality and service to our guests in an incredibly friendly atmosphere. Assist servers in food service and restaurant cleanliness. Clean tables, carry dishes, set tables, replenish linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes.

  • No prior restaurant experience required, although useful.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must take and pass all training tests 90% or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing the restaurant for dining service by setting up section, including polishing and preparing items such as linens, silverware, share plates and glassware before they go to the floor and assisting at setting them at the table.
  • Greet all guests in a warm, personal and friendly manner.
  • Assist Service team as needed by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters throughout guests' meal and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning.
  • After the guest has finished dining, prepare the table and surrounding area by clearing and cleaning the table, sweeping debris, removing extra seats or highchairs/booster seats and promptly resetting it for the next guest.
  • Assist guests with any requests or concerns and take action to correct any problems.
  • Restock items such as napkins, utensils, share plates, glassware, and condiments to support continuous service flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service stations and dining room areas throughout the shift.
  • Assist in removing trash from full receptacles and replacing liner and ensure proper disposal procedures are followed.
  • Follow all sanitation, food safety, and safety protocols as directed by company policy and health regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support operational needs.
  • Report for work on time and uphold expectations for attendance, uniform, and professional conduct. Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
