About The Position
Culinaire is hiring an on-call Busser at Music Hall at Fair Park in Dallas, Texas. The Busser sets and clears restaurant tables, stocks service stations, and assists food servers with table service. The schedule is on call, Sunday through Saturday, with hours that may vary; further details are provided during the interview. No previous experience is required. The fixed pay rate is $15.00 per hour. Culinaire provides upscale food and beverage management services to national accounts such as art museums, cultural landmarks, hotels, performing theaters, restaurants, and special event venues. Responsibilities
- Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting; promptly and consistently reset serviceware as prescribed.
- Maintain the stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including necessary equipment, silverware, linen, and condiments.
- Wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary.
- Serve guests beverages, breads, and butter, replenish them as needed, and assist servers with food and beverage service.
- Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area.
- Perform assigned general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products.
- Fold napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply.
- Perform assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands.
- Perform other assigned duties, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests.
