About The Position
Bussers are responsible for serving food to customers, clearing tables and other areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed. This role is crucial for maintaining the dining and service areas, ensuring they are clean, orderly, and meet sanitation standards. The primary objective is to provide excellent customer service by being attentive to customer needs and efficiently supporting the serving staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.

- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Delivering food to customers at the proper table in a quickly, efficiently, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Answering any customer questions and having complete knowledge of the menu and other services.
- Greeting and interacting with customers, being attentive to customers' needs.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Ensuring all dining and service areas, including tables, chairs, counters, utensil cabinets, and storage areas, are clean, orderly, and comply with established sanitation standards.
- Re-stocking and wiping down tables and chairs.
- Assisting servers.
- Clearing and cleaning tables and bringing all dirty dishes and utensils to the kitchen.
