About The Position
Busser Team Members efficiently maintain a clean and sanitary dining room for guests while providing the dependable, fast service Chili's is known for. The role supports the service team and contributes to a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. Some shifts are required during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Chili's offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean dining room by clearing dishes, sweeping floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables for the next guests.
- Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager.
- Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
