About The Position

As the Busser/Runner for The Mansions inside MGM Grand, you will maintain assigned sections and keep tables clean and sanitary. Duties include removing dirty dishes and debris from tables and stocking tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments. You will work with Food Servers to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure food is delivered efficiently throughout the restaurant.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of relevant restaurant experience as a busser or food runner.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a fast-paced or fine-dining restaurant.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting.
• Fluency in Cantonese Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food and beverage stations in a clean and orderly manner.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment.
• Keep floors free of debris and spills; sweep and mop floors and empty garbage as required by the venue.
• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station.
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs.
• Retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock the storeroom.
• Assist with proper stock rotation.
• Run food as required by the Department.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

• Work with Food Servers to help deliver exceptional guest service and ensure efficient food delivery throughout the restaurant.
