About The Position

The Busser/Food Runner helps provide guests with a seamless dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the dining area and delivering food promptly. The position supports the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring meals reach guests accurately and on time. It requires communication and teamwork with kitchen staff and servers, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to guest and staff needs. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently while keeping the dining area clean and organized.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and accurately, checking presentation and completeness.
• Assist servers by refilling beverages, replenishing condiments, and responding to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and restrooms in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff about food delivery, guest concerns, and special requests.
