About The Position

The Busser / Barback maintains a clean and inviting restaurant facility by clearing and wiping tables, stocking products, performing housekeeping functions, and engaging with guests to ensure their needs are met. The position reports to the Restaurant Manager. This is a seasonal position at Limelight Snowmass. Applications are accepted until October 25, 2026.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Follow designated restaurant opening and closing procedures, including housekeeping in restaurant, bar, and restroom areas.
Ensure food items are stocked and alert the manager when items are out of stock.
Complete side work duties to prepare the restaurant for service.
Engage with guests and assist as needed to meet their needs.
Clean and clear tables efficiently.
Maintain bus station cleanliness, including removal of trash, recycling, and composting.
Move tables, chairs, and bus stations to facilitate housekeeping.
Complete tasks and projects delegated by the manager and assist elsewhere as business volumes and staffing levels demand.
Perform other duties as assigned.
