About The Position

The Busperson at Tom Colicchio’s Craftsteak supports the restaurant’s service team and upholds MGM Resorts International’s luxury dining standards. The role maintains cleanliness, presentation, hygiene, and inventory across the dining room, service stations, culinary pickup and expeditor lines, storerooms, and beverage pantries in accordance with MGM Resorts and departmental standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of relevant experience as a busperson or food runner.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Polish flatware and set tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and accessories; fold napkins and ensure clean ashtrays are available in designated smoking areas.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables and booth or chair cushions, then reset tables with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and other needed items.
• Remove used dishes, debris, and linens from tables and bring them to the kitchen for washing; dispose of trash in designated receptacles.
• Coordinate table availability and communicate with servers, hosts, and management to help turn tables efficiently.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, and refill them as needed.
• Keep dining room floors clean and free of debris.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
