About The Position

The Busperson at Tom Colicchio’s Craftsteak supports the service team and maintains an immaculate, seamless restaurant environment consistent with MGM Resorts International’s luxury dining standards. The role is responsible for maintaining presentation, hygiene, and inventory across the dining room, service stations, culinary pickup and expeditor lines, storerooms, and beverage pantries in accordance with MGM Resorts and departmental standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of relevant experience as a busperson or food runner.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Polish flatware and set tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and accessories; fold napkins properly and ensure clean ashtrays are available in designated smoking areas.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth and chair cushions and tables; reset them with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and other required tabletop items.
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from tables and bring them to the kitchen for proper washing; dispose of trash in designated receptacles.
• Coordinate table availability and communicate with servers, the hostess, and management to ensure efficient table turnover.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, and refill them as needed.
• Keep dining room floors clean and free of debris.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
