About The Position

The Busperson supports service in the Cascade bar and dining areas by keeping tables, bar areas, and service spaces clean, organized, and welcoming. The role works closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to help service flow smoothly and enhance the guest experience. It requires attention to detail, efficiency in a fast-paced environment, a friendly guest-oriented approach, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The position includes clearing and resetting tables, delivering food, beverages, and condiments, maintaining cleanliness and safety, restocking service stations, organizing storage areas, and preparing the bar for the next shift. Regular attendance and participation in required training sessions and meetings are expected. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, dishes, and other items.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clear and promptly reset tables and bar areas to maintain a clean, inviting environment.
• Assist servers and bartenders by delivering food, beverages, and condiments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, seating, surfaces, and other areas to support safety and guest comfort.
• Restock service stations with glassware, utensils, napkins, condiments, and other essentials throughout the shift.
• Organize and maintain storage areas for access and efficiency.
• Reset tables and prepare the bar for the next shift after service.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with requests.
• Maintain regular attendance in accordance with standards.
• Work varying schedules to reflect business needs, as required.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
