About The Position
The Server Assistant / Busperson is responsible for assisting the Server in providing an expertly served dining experience by clearing and resetting tables according to standards. This role involves delivering food to the correct tables and seat numbers while giving an accurate and appealing description of the food. Strong food knowledge is preferred. This position has direct contact with guests, requiring good communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum one year’s food service or related work.
- Ability to communicate professional and accurately.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours.
- Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Strong food knowledge is preferred.
- Strong F&B knowledge is preferred.
