It involves overseeing action plans for client servicing, coordinating with team members, and developing a working knowledge of business applications critical to relationship management. The position also includes participating in inter-discipline training, acting as a technical resource for other account managers, and assisting in business unit planning and administration. Responsibilities include collecting, compiling, and analyzing data for reports and presentations, running and creating formal reports, updating manuals and procedures, and identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines. The role requires initiative but also the ability to refer complex issues to supervisors. It demands effective teamwork and independent work, with a goal of becoming proficient in all job areas.
