The Business Transformation Leader will support initiatives focused on understanding current state business processes, systems, and ways of working; identifying improvement opportunities; and helping design future state solutions to support the transformation of the Wind Services business. This role will partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and project teams to gather requirements, document workflows, support solution design, and help ensure business needs are translated into practical, scalable outcomes across business processes and enabling technologies, including Salesforce Field Service and other related systems. We are looking to hire 4 Business Transformation Leaders, and in addition to above outlined responsibilities, these roles will each include one of the below functions: 1. Analyzing business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve processes and reporting in support of future state design and ongoing business performance. 2. Data and reporting strategy, helping define KPI, dashboard, and reporting needs that improve business visibility and support future state operations. 3. Training, communication, and stakeholder readiness to support successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. 4. Ensuring learning, readiness, and implementation support for AI-related capabilities that enable new ways of working and support business transformation objectives.
