About The Position

The Enterprise Truck Rental Division is hiring a Summer Truck Rental Account Specialist Intern for its Grand Rapids, Michigan truck rental office. This paid internship offers business-to-business marketing and sales experience in the truck rental industry. Interns learn how to operate a business through hands-on work and take on challenges comparable to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals in a supportive, team-based environment. During the 10–12 week internship, interns gain experience managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They also complete projects and participate in friendly competition with peers. Interns may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards. Starting compensation is $18 per hour. Interviews are scheduled to begin in November 2026.

Requirements

Must be a rising senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester at a college or university and graduating with a bachelor's degree by Spring 2028.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require company sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.
Must be at least 21 years old by May 2027 and qualified to drive under Department of Transportation regulations.
Must commit to a 10–12 week internship.
Must submit an appropriate medical examiner's certificate or successfully complete a Department of Transportation medical examination.
