About The Position

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business & Technology Delivery Manager in Mountain View, CA. This role involves designing and enhancing custom or packaged applications for asset management, financial operations workflows, and sourcing and procurement domains for technology clients. The position requires facilitating design thinking workshops with key business stakeholders and IT teams to strategize business process improvements, and gathering and evaluating business requirements to define plan specifications for project execution. The role also includes integrating automation tools to streamline repetitive operational activities, staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Utilities Transmission and Distribution to enhance system performance and security, and supporting sales initiatives by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to foster innovation and improve business operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
  • 5 years of experience in performing business system analysis involving functional analysis, stakeholder management, quality assurance testing, and implementation.
  • 5 years of experience in coordinating and delivering projects by collaborating with client project managers, vendors, and process architects.
  • 5 years of experience in leading onshore and offshore teams to balance, prioritize, restructure, and reallocate tasks, including creating statements of work to determine project capacity.
  • 5 years of experience in delivering IT application development lifecycles and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum teams, utilizing JIRA and continuous improvement tools for deployment and production incident tracking.
  • 5 years of experience in designing and customizing applications utilizing asset management, financial operations workflows and sourcing and procurement domains in the technology sector.
  • 5 years of experience in implementing analytics and automation use cases in project execution, incorporating data visualization and robotic process automation (RPA).
  • 5 years of experience in creating end-to-end system integrated solutions, and testing applications utilizing JIRA and continuous improvement tools.
  • 5 years of experience in developing comprehensive statement of work and rough order of magnitude estimates for project origination and shaping.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Benefits
