The Office ensures fiscal responsibility, workforce development, regulatory compliance and modernization of administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency and transparency. The Business Technology Analyst 3 is a When-Actually-Employed (WAE) position that works as part of the Modernization team alongside the Business Analytics Specialist to advance the Department of Conservation and Energy’s mission to enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and data accessibility for the state’s energy and natural resources. An ideal candidate is familiar with Department of Conservation and Energy processes, communicates well with users, and excels in technical writing.
