Requirements

• Minimum of two years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Recommends resolutions to production support issues. Ensures appropriate problem resolution and methodology is utilized.
• Performs user support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications. Supports the collection, documentation, and maintenance of functional requirements and modeling.
• Participates in the design, prototyping, coding, and testing of new or enhanced applications. Analyzes current procedures and workflows and develops recommendations for improvements.
• Assists in the implementation of systems and software. Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshoots issues, as necessary.
• Assists in the development and delivery of training sessions and demos for end users.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
